Privacy Policy

This policy covers kleiren.com, Kleiren Guides and PNG View, together with the Google connection described below. Kleiren is the operator’s public brand. For the available operator information see Operator information. Privacy contact: support@kleiren.com.
Contact and support
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, reply email, subject and message to answer your enquiry. Providing these fields is necessary to send the form; you may instead email support. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive documents. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Form messages are kept for up to 30 days and removed through routine contact processing and maintenance. Email correspondence is separate: the form’s automatic 30-day expiry does not apply to this mailbox. We keep correspondence as needed to resolve the enquiry, provide support and retain records required by law or a dispute; a fixed mailbox deletion period has not yet been established.
We process contract enquiries to take steps at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Other enquiries and service security rely on legitimate interests in answering messages and protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal record-keeping, where required, relies on Article 6(1)(c). Contact messages are not intentionally sent to advertising or AI providers.
Website use and optional measurement
Hosting and delivery providers process ordinary request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser information and time, to deliver and protect the websites. For spam prevention, we use a temporary identifier derived from your IP address. It is kept separately from contact messages for about one day. Provider request-log retention is still being confirmed.
Optional usage statistics are off until you consent in Privacy choices. They count page views, successful PNG View calculations and clicks on available approved affiliate offers, grouped by day and public page. They include a broad traffic-source category and, where recognized, a public campaign label. The statistics do not store visitor identifiers, IP addresses, full referrers, URL queries, filenames, image contents, measurements or form values. Delivery providers necessarily process connection information separately. Aggregate counters are retained for 30 days.
Consent is the basis for optional measurement (Article 6(1)(a)). Analytics and affiliate attribution are separate choices. Select Reject all to decline; open Privacy choices / withdraw to stop further optional processing. Choices last only for the current page. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. PNG View processes your selected image in your browser and does not upload it. AI-assisted research and drafting may help prepare editorial content, using OpenAI as a processing provider. This does not send your selected images or contact messages to an AI service. We do not make decisions about visitors with legal or similarly significant effects by automated means.
Kleiren Marketing SEO and Google Search Console
This owner-only feature accesses the Kleiren website properties authorized through Google. It requests read-only Search Console permission (webmasters.readonly).
It reads property addresses and permissions; search performance, including returned queries, pages, dates, countries, devices, clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position; sitemap status; and URL indexing inspection results. Google may omit or anonymize queries. The connection does not access Gmail, Drive, contacts, passwords or payment information. It does not request Google Analytics access or permission to change sitemaps.
Reports help monitor search visibility, investigate indexing problems and recommend or assess website improvements. Selected findings and aggregate report summaries may be shared with OpenAI to assist this analysis. Google credentials and authorization tokens are excluded from AI inputs. Google data is not sold, supplied to data brokers or used for personalized advertising. Kleiren does not use it to train general-purpose AI models; this statement does not certify unverified provider settings.
We retain the authorization information needed to maintain the connection until it is disconnected or replaced. Reports and derived findings are kept for website reporting and improvement until replaced or removed. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for all saved Google reports, derived findings or backup copies. Refreshing a report does not delete previous saved findings. The owner can disconnect Google in connection settings or revoke access in Google Account connections. Disconnecting stops new authorized collection and removes the locally stored connection credential; it does not automatically erase saved reports or derived records. For deletion, including applicable backup copies, email support@kleiren.com. Limited records may be retained where required for legal or security reasons.
Google access relies on the owner’s authorization and consent, which may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. Operating and securing website reporting also relies on legitimate interests. Kleiren Marketing SEO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable. New permissions or purposes require updated disclosures and consent where required.
Providers and international transfers
Access is limited to the operator and providers needed for the relevant purpose: Area.lv for website hosting and email, infrastructure and delivery providers, Google for an authorized Search Console connection, and OpenAI for the AI-assisted work described above. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. We do not promise EEA-only hosting or processing. The applicable provider agreements, locations, retention settings and international-transfer safeguards for the existing owner-only Google and AI use remain under review; we do not claim that a particular adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses have been verified for every transfer. Contact support for available details. Any extension to customer Google accounts or new personal-data uses requires those arrangements and disclosures to be established first.
Your rights and requests
Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Email support@kleiren.com with enough information to locate your data. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We normally respond within one month; lawful extensions and exceptions may apply.
You may complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority. Providing contact details or connecting Google is optional; without them we cannot reply through the form or provide the connected reporting feature. Public free tools do not require a Google account.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change and obtain new consent where required before using data for a new purpose.
Terms of Service
These terms cover the Kleiren website and its current free tools, alongside the functionality and limitations stated on each product page. Use the services lawfully and only with material you are entitled to process. Do not interfere with the service, misuse support or attempt to access other people’s data.
PNG View measures canvas size, visible artwork bounds and placement geometry. It does not certify print quality or reproduce a print provider’s placement system. Check results before relying on them. Images are processed in your browser without upload, and you retain rights in your files.
No paid software, checkout or subscription is currently offered here. Using a free tool creates no charge, renewal or paid trial. No subscription is sold or renewed. Any future paid offer must state its price, seller, delivery and contract conditions before purchase.
Editorial guides provide general information. Sources and limitations appear on the relevant page; check a provider’s current terms before making a decision. Availability and compatibility can change. Mandatory consumer and data-protection rights are preserved. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove remedies for nonconforming digital content or services. Contact Contact & support about a problem.
Refund Policy
The current tools are free, so there is no payment to refund. Mandatory remedies and consumer protections remain applicable.
Any future paid offer must explain its withdrawal procedure and refund rules before purchase. Where a statutory distance-contract withdrawal right applies, the usual period is 14 days, subject to lawful exceptions. Remedies for faulty or nonconforming content or services are separate. We do not state that every digital purchase is non-refundable. Contact Contact & support for assistance.
Cancellation Policy
The current free tools have no subscription to cancel. You can stop using them at any time. Revoking Google access and requesting deletion are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Any future recurring service must explain cancellation before purchase, including renewal timing, access after cancellation and applicable refunds. Cancellation of billing and deletion of personal data are separate actions.
Subscription Terms
No subscriptions or paid trials are currently offered. A future subscription must state the total price and taxes, billing frequency, duration, renewal conditions, cancellation procedure and consumer rights before purchase. Free access does not convert automatically to a paid service.
Digital Delivery Terms
Current tools open through their product links in your browser. PNG View is free and requires no account or payment. Features, technical requirements and limitations appear on its product page and in the application.
A future paid digital offer must explain delivery, access, updates and support before purchase. A withdrawal exception for a digital download requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Statutory conformity remedies remain available.

Kleiren is an independent software and digital tools brand. Contact support@kleiren.com for support or privacy requests.

No paid sales or subscriptions are offered. Applicable registration, tax and seller disclosures must be established before any paid offer.

Consumers may seek help from PTAC where applicable. Privacy complaints may be made to DVI. Statutory rights and deadlines remain applicable.
Affiliate Disclosures
Source-based guides are published at Kleiren Guides. No affiliate tracking offers or sponsored rankings are currently published. Ordinary source links and links to Kleiren’s free tool are not paid recommendations.
If an approved commercial link is added, the relationship will be disclosed near the recommendation. We may earn a commission on a qualifying purchase. This does not establish suitability for every reader. External providers’ privacy and purchase terms apply.
Business Data Processing
PNG View does not receive your selected image, so we do not act as a hosted processor of that file. No hosted customer-data processing service is currently offered. A future service that processes personal data on a business customer’s instructions requires an appropriate product-specific processing agreement under GDPR Article 28, including the applicable providers, transfers, assistance and deletion or return arrangements.
